Summer Glau has been a famous American actress for many decades. Her most famous role is River Tam, in Firefly (one of the most viewed television shows) and Cameron in Terminator. Sarah Connor Chronicles. Also, she has appeared on Angel Cold Case The Big Bang Theory Chuck, Hawaii Five-0 and The 4400. In addition, she has appeared in TV shorts and films like Mammoth the Initiation of Sarah Deadly Honeymoon as well as Help for the Holidays Dead End and Inside the Box. Glau has won many awards and distinctions. She was twice included on the list of 100 Sexiest Women in the World by FHM and was once included in Wizard magazine's list of Sexiest Women of TV. Selena Quintanilla......................Selena was born April 16 1971 in Corpus Christi Texas . Selena was the eldest of three children born to Marcela and Abraham Quintanilla. Selena began her career in music when she was 8 year older. Her father was the founder of a band. Selena, her siblings Abraham junior and sister Suzette were drummers. Selena sang for the group. The group was dubbed Selena Y Los Dino and Selena would be performing with her siblings in numerous wedding and bar fairs and other events. The band was very busy for Selena and her family, which is why they never had much of a childhood but they were encouraged to be dedicated musicians because of dedication from the father Abraham. Abraham senior was also a musician with the first band, known as Los Dinos. Selena Y Los Dinos formed officialy in 1981. The band was part of the Quintanilla family's main business, and their primary source of income. Quintanilla was determined, even though not having much money at their beginning. They continued to strive towards becoming a successful family band. Selena Y Los Dinos would gain popularity in the west states during the 80s. In 1986 the band got their first taste of success when Selena was awarded Female Vocalist of the Year and Performer of the Year during the Tejano music awards. Selena Y Los Dinos grew in popularity and fame immediately afterward. They appeared on numerous Spanish TV shows of the Spanish language like El Show De Johnny Canales Siempre En Domingo and Sabado Gigante.
